Who uses the Rent to Own program? 
The people we work with have many reasons for using Rent to Own.  Many are tired of paying rent and getting nothing back for it.  Others are younger, who have not quite got themselves established to buy a home on the open market but want to get their first home and begin to get some of the advantages of home ownership.  Some are in the process of improving their credit and are not quite ready to get a good home loan to buy their home.
